LACEY KENNELS
STARS OF OUR PAST
Ch. Lacey's DBL Cross o' Willowall - Doubles, one of my all time favorite bitches.  While being
shown, she was a multiple group winner, a top ten PBGV, First Award Of Merit at the National
Specialty in New York under respected judge Jim Reynolds; and a mulitple group winner in
Canada.  Doubles is also the mother of Stephen, Ch. Lacey's Midnight Hound Sonata who won
Best of Winners and Best Puppy at the 2000 Regional Specialty in New Mexico.  She is the mother
of Maria, Ch. Lacey's Sounds of Music, and Sybil, Ch. Lacey's Lightning Storm Sybil. (Stephen's
sisters).  She is also the mother of Ch. Lacey's Mighty Quinn.
Ch. Lacey's Give 'Em Grief - Gatsby, also a multiple group winner and top ten PBGV while being
shown.  He was Best in Sweeps under breeder judge Ellen Frost at the "Peir" Specialty, and went on
to win many impressive breed and group wins.  He is the father of several champions.
Ch. Lacey's All That Jazz - Jasmine, was best in sweeps at the national specialty in New York, she was
also a mulitple group winner and top ten PBGV while being shown.  She was a Best Puppy in show
winner in Canada and the mother of several champions.  She also won Best of Opposite Sex at
Westminster Kennel Club.
IT IS WITH MIXED EMOTIONS THAT I MOVE ROCKY (CH. LACYE'S ROCKING ROBIN)
TO THE RETIRED CHAMPIONS PAGE. ROCKY WAS A JOY TO SHOW AND I RETIRED
HIM WHILE HE WAS STILL IN THE TOP TEN PBGVS IN THE STATES, THIS IN LESS
THAN A DOZEN SHOWS... HE REMAINED A TOP PBGV FOR THAT YEAR. HE WAS A
MULTI GROUP WINNER IN 2004 ALONE, ADDING TO HIS ALREADY IMPRESSIVE
TOTAL OF GROUP 1'S. HE WON BOS AT WESTMINSTER IN 2002 AND 2003 AND AWM
IN 2004. HE WAS AWM WINNER AT THE NATIONAL IN ORLANDA AND AGAIN IN
CHICAGO IN 2004. BUT PERHAPS HIS BEST ACCOMPLISHMENT WAS TO BE THE
NUMBER ONE PBGV IN THE US IN 2003 PER THE DOG NEWS SYSTEM.
